With every game I make I’m actively trying to experiment with different graphical features. With The Winter Solstice, it was the first attempt at using particles for both explosions and background images. With greenTech, it was applying visual overlays to graphically distort the display. And now there’s Kablooey, which I’m attempting both color filters and shadow effects.

Spirits of Metropolis is now on Direct2Drive!
Just a quick heads up that you can now purchase Spirits of Metropolis on Direct2Drive! I’d like to thank IGN Entertainment and D2D for the opportunity to bring the game to their service. They enforce a pretty strict code on what kind of games can be uploaded to their site, so to be accepted is pretty darn awesome (Immortal Defense, another GM game, is also listed there). Woo!
