The Oil Blue: Gameplay Journal #1

In the Oil Blue, you travel across the ocean, searching for abandoned islands that house old refinery equipment you can use to start pumping oil again. Most of the islands were abandoned due to the harsh lifestyle that sea oil drilling entails, but you and a team of trained experts are ready for the challenge.

In the Oil Blue there were four different widely used methods of drilling for oil on islands, and I thought I’d share two of them today. (Using the operator panels shown below, you can control the drills via clicking the buttons with the mouse.)

When do you call it quits on a project? When you realize it’s not working for you, or for anyone else? Perhaps the work is too much, or the assets needed too expensive.
